The Gettysburg Leadership Experience advanced program is designed to help leaders such as you prepare effectively for organizational set backs and reposition more rapidly when they occur. It leverages the lessons you learned during your first session at Gettysburg and integrates new knowledge of Lee, Lincoln and their courses of action. It positions you to guide both people and processes during times of intense challenge.
- Return to the battlefield with other participants for an advanced leadership experience
- Reflect on the importance of leadership in dealing with adversity and failure
- Revisit the Transactional and Transformational models of leadership in times of change of circumstance
- Network with other participants to leverage past/present/future connections
