Our Clients

It is our privilege to provide leadership development services for successful non-profit, for-profit and governmental groups of all sizes. Join their ranks at Gettysburg.

Why you should join us at Gettysburg this year

Our Gettysburg Experience has been refined through years of feedback and follow-up. The goal is to make each successive session richer and more relevant, moving it far beyond the usual didactic program. Instructors and guides are skilled in reading the respective group to best meet participants where they are in their leadership development journey.

We know we have succeeded when clients—from large, national entities to much smaller, innovative firms—share how lessons here are furthering key objectives on their own organization's "frontlines."

Dedicated program or open enrollment: the takeaways are personal and powerful.

Key learning objectives of the program include:

  • Positioning for strategic advantage
  • Addressing leadership paradoxes and dilemmas
  • Developing followers as partners
  • Leading in the face of adversity
  • Negotiating difficult conversations and disagreements
  • Creating effective communication within organizations
  • Delegating authority
  • Maximizing your influence
  • Creating a sense of ownership

FCC Services has been actively monitoring and assessing the developing COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation. On March 15, 2020, the CDC recommended that for the next 8 weeks, organizers cancel or postpone in-person events that consist of 50 people or more throughout the U.S.

With this guidance, and the health and safety of our employees, clients and speakers as our top priority, we will be suspending all programs through the end of May. We will reassess June programs once we get closer. Our desire is to reschedule programs in 2020 where possible.

The impacted events include:

  • Gettysburg Leadership Experience Open Enrollment, April 28-30
  • Gettysburg Leadership Experience Open Enrollment, May 12-14
  • Gettysburg Leadership Experience Retreat & Resilience, May 19-21

If you reserved a hotel room through the reservation link or phone number of the hotel provided by FCC Services for one of the above-listed programs, we are notifying the hotel to cancel your hotel room. If you made your reservation through other methods (i.e., discount hotel sites, etc.) you will need to contact the hotel directly and cancel your room reservation. We recommend, when doing so, you obtain a cancellation number to confirm the room is cancelled and that your credit card will not be charged.

Wishing you all good health and resilience in the days to come.
