They include an intensive orientation to the site and subject, the core modules and ample time to connect with others who share your interest in leadership development. The program fee for Open Enrollments includes:

  • Welcome reception
  • Meals (breakfast, lunch, breaks, dinner one evening)
  • Gettysburg National Military Park Museum & Visitor Center
  • Transportation during Experience events/tours
  • Experiential tours with licensed Gettysburg Battlefield guides
  • Journal, battlefield map and attendee gift

Transportation to/from Gettysburg, PA, and hotel accommodations are not included.

Retreat & Resilience - For Alumni

This new and distinct leadership development experience in Gettysburg is for previous participants. This advanced Gettysburg Leadership Experience program is designed to help leaders continue the conversation and prepare effectively for organizational set backs and reposition more rapidly when they occur. Leverage the lessons you learned during your first session at Gettysburg and integrate new knowledge of Lee's Retreat to Virginia and Lincoln's Visit to Gettysburg and their courses of action. Position your leadership style to guide both people and processes during times of intense challenge and adversity.
