Dr. Robert Ginnett

Faculty

Walking on such hallowed ground—combined with the historical and leadership perspectives delivered in the classroom and the open conversations fostered throughout the program—is what brings value to our participants. I believe my strength as an instructor derives from making complex theories easily understandable, identifying real-life examples to illustrate the concepts, and being able to respond to questions from across the leadership spectrum and weave the answers into the topic at hand.

Dr. Robert Ginnett is an internationally recognized expert in the leadership of high-performance teams and organizations. He has worked with hundreds of for-profit organizations, as well as the U.S. Army, Navy and Air Force, and numerous components of the Intelligence Community. His real-world leadership experience ranges from military combat conditions to leading 30-person research teams for NASA at the Kennedy Space Center. He believes that the Gettysburg Leadership Experience delivers a unique and impactful opportunity for participants to learn and grow as leaders as a result of the program’s expert battlefield, renowned leadership experts, the affective experience of walking on the battleground, and the opportunity to share insights and experiences with other participants.
