FCC Services has been actively monitoring and assessing the developing COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation. On March 15, 2020, the CDC recommended that for the next 8 weeks, organizers cancel or postpone in-person events that consist of 50 people or more throughout the U.S.

With this guidance, and the health and safety of our employees, clients and speakers as our top priority, we will be suspending all programs through the end of May. We will reassess June programs once we get closer. Our desire is to reschedule programs in 2020 where possible.

If you reserved a hotel room through the reservation link or phone number of the hotel provided by FCC Services for one of the above-listed programs, we are notifying the hotel to cancel your hotel room. If you made your reservation through other methods (i.e., discount hotel sites, etc.) you will need to contact the hotel directly and cancel your room reservation. We recommend, when doing so, you obtain a cancellation number to confirm the room is cancelled and that your credit card will not be charged.

Young Professionals Program

Advance the career of your high-potential, young professionals by developing learnable, practicable skills that are professionally essential. The dedicated Young Professionals leadership program uses a variety of uniquely tailored, daily themes and core learning modules to explore different aspects of leadership.

Registration Fee: $1,925 per attendee


Retreat & Resilience

This new and distinct Gettysburg Leadership Experience program is designed to help leaders continue the conversation and prepare effectively for organizational set backs and reposition more rapidly when they occur. Build upon the lessons learned from the first three days of the Battle of Gettysburg and integrate new knowledge of Lee's Retreat to Virginia and Lincoln's Visit to Gettysburg and their courses of action. Position your leadership style to guide both people and processes during times of intense challenge and adversity.

Registration Fee: $2,150 per attendee
